Tapping is an excellent tool for both adults and children.
Anyone can use EFT Tapping to free stuck emotional traumas, help with anxiety, minimize or rid substance abuse, support weight loss efforts, reduce headaches and migraines, stop panic attacks, and reduce gastrointestinal issues.
EFT Tapping can be used to help children manage anger, sadness, or worry, as well as alleviate physical issues, such as constipation.
The technique for stimulating the EFT Tapping points, is just that! Tapping lightly on the identified points and following the procedure in this video, as I demonstrate which Acupressure points to tap on, and the type of phrases to use. You will customize the script to be more meaningful to you and how you feel! The EFT Tapping Routine also includes, focusing on the issue that you are working on, and rating how intense that feeling is, on a scale of 0 to 10, with a goal to be as close to 0 as possible.
This process reframes how your brain thinks about its response to a challenge, issue, or stuck emotional trauma, allowing you to remain calm and healthy if you encounter it in the future.

In this video I will demonstrate the 9 Key Acupressure Points or EFT Tapping Points to use for an EFT Tapping Session.
This is an exercise that you can do as part of a daily routine, or when you become stressed.
When we experience a sudden, high stress situation, we activate our fight, flight or freeze response, getting the body ready to either flee the scene or fight. If you've ever experienced this feeling, you would know that it literally stops you dead in your tracks as you freeze in place. Depending what your trigger is, you may have only mere seconds to make your decision to either fight your adversary or run as fast as you can away from it.
In our everyday lives, most of us are not meeting tigers or bears in the street! We could however, experience a paralyzing sudden fear if we are, for example, driving distracted, only to escape a near miss plowing into the back of the vehicle in front, or walking on a trail in the park, and suddenly coming across a pack of coyotes, (this, a more frequent and seemingly common occurrence these days.)
Another important example would be if someone is experiencing domestic violence and feels constantly unsafe, this too can cause overwhelming paralyzing fear. It can be an ongoing fear, experienced over several hours, days, weeks or more. This paralyzing ongoing fear is creating heightened anxiety and stress in the body. What happens next?
During periods of chronic high stress, the body stays in high gear, with stress hormones like adrenaline and cortisol coursing through the body.
While we all need to carry a small amount of stress with us, just to function and make everyday decisions, such as driving our car, managing the home front, children, groceries, laundry and extra-curriculars, or completing our duties at work, carrying a lot of stress on an ongoing basis, over a long period of time - a week, two weeks, or more, creates wear and tear on the body and mind. If this is not managed, what happens next is more than critical!
Over time this can create a multitude of health problems such as chronic pain, anxiety, mood swings, gut inflammation and so much more.
EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a highly effective and easy way to help someone manage elevated and prolonged stress hormones and my entire website is focused mainly on the health benefits of EFT Tapping.
However, there are other techniques you may wish to try. Another way to bring those hormones into balance is to massage the Vagus Nerve.
