We will have an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT Tapping) Session, using a Customized EFT Tapping Script developed specifically for your unique emotional needs and situation, plus, I will provide your custom script, and positive affirmation reminders for you to keep close-by.

Setting an Appointment Date/Time
Depending how you reached out to me and how we are communicating with each other, through e-mail, phone or messaging, we will agree on your appointment date and time.
I will send you the appointment invitation using the Google Calendar option for
"Google-Meets" which will contain the link for our video call.
In a separate e-mail I will attach the following documents to be reviewed, signed and returned prior to starting your first appointment:
1) Waiver & Release of Liability Form
2) Client Intake & Consent for Treatment Form
